Bicycle Parking in Bruges Markt

Bicycles are a popular mode of transportation in Belgium, so naturally, you would find areas where large numbers of them are parked, waiting for their owners. All throughout the city, I saw people doing their normal, daily shopping and errands via bicycle.

Bruges is the capital and largest city of the province of West Flanders in the Flemish Region of Belgium, in the northwest of the country. Bruges has most of its medieval architecture intact, making it one of the most well-preserved medieval towns in Europe.
