After visiting the Vallindra Kitron distillery where they produce the Naxian liqueur, from the leaves of the Citron tree, it was time to walk around the village. As it is with everywhere I've visited in the Cyclades, the predominant architecture is similar; lots of white and pastels.

Naxos is a city and a former municipality on the island of Naxos, in the Cyclades, Greece. Naxos is also the name of the largest island of the Cyclades, in the Aegean Sea, which has constituted a place of significance since the prehistoric era and, according to mythology, is where Zeus was raised.
