Red and Yellow "Pooh" Dahlia on Green

Walking along the Ahr River early one morning in the town of Bad Neuenahr I came across a small garden dedicated to the Dahlia. Of the many varieties of dahlia I found a the garden, perhaps one of the most striking is the "pooh" dahlia with its bright orange-red petals adorned with a ring of small ruffled golden petals at their heart.

A prolific bloomer, 'Pooh' is a tall Collarette Dahlia which is a real standout wherever it is grown
